Hatha Yoga Class

Come join us for a weekly yoga practice in the library's spacious and sunlit room.  Balance, muscle strength and flexiblity are improved using  Hatha yoga principles. Please bring a mat and water bottle.  Your weekly contribution will partly go to other library programs needing funding.  No experience is necessary. The class is taught by an occupational therapist who is yoga certified.
