Radnor's Fourth of July Fireworks

The 29th Annual Independence Day Fireworks to benefit the Radnor High School Scholarship Fund will be held at Radnor High School on Thursday, July 4.

The 29th Annual Independence Day Fireworks to benefit the Radnor High School Scholarship Fund will be held at Radnor High School on Thursday, July 4.  

The event's rain date is Saturday, July 6.

Gates to the high school will open at 6:30 p.m., and the show will begin at dusk.  Festivities will include music, children’s games with prizes, a moon bounce, an obstacle course, and refreshments, according to a press release.

Advance donation is $3.00 for children under 13, $6.00 for teens and adults, and $12.00 for a group car.  

Tickets will be available at the following locations:  Wayne Sporting Goods, Radnor Township Building, D’Amicantonio Shoes, Dayton Lock Co., Braxton’s Animal Works, and Bryn Mawr Trust Company (Wayne branch).

Tickets will also be sold at the gate on the day of the event. Gate donations are $5.00 for children under 13, $10.00 for teens and adults, and $20.00 for a group car. 

The fireworks show is the major source of funding for the Radnor High School Scholarship Fund, which provides financial aid to deserving graduates of Radnor High School for post-high school education.
