Winner: Best Celebrity and You Picture

Congratulations to Havertown photographer Joel Perlish. He is the winner of this week’s Patch Picture of the Week contest with his picture of him touching noses with the Philly Phanatic.

The voting was close and just a reminder to everyone that as much as we love seeing the pictures submitted after the deadlines, if you want your photo to be considered to win one of our Picture of the Week contests,, makes sure to get it in before noon Friday in the nomination story with the word “Upload” in the headline.
