(c) Motion to authorize John Rice to attend the Zoning Hearing Board meetings regarding: APPEAL 2901 – The applicant, 530 West Lancaster Avenue LLC, located at 530 West Lancaster Avenue, and zoned is seeking an interpretation that the proposed use, for the purpose of parking be calculated in accordance with requirements of Section 280-103.B(20) “building or use other than specified above.” If interpretation is not favorable, applicant seeks a variance from Section 280-103.B(6) regarding parking; and any other relief deemed necessary. (d) Resolution #2013-116 – Liquidate/auction 1 Detective Chevrolet 2001 Impala. (e) Resolution #2013-117 – Liquidate/auction 1 2002 Electric equip Inc. Radar Speed Trailer.
