This black and tan Shepard blend named Eisenhower is ready to be elected to your family. He knows his commands like "sit" and "down" and would love to learn even more. Eisenhower was returned to the SPCA because his previous owner's landlord would not allow dogs.

Eisenhower is available for adoption for at the Delco SPCA and his adoption fee has been sponsored, so he is free to the right home.

UPDATE: Cat Trooper and hound puppies, recently featured on Patch, have been adopted. But Cat Nellie is still waiting for a forever.
