Weather Doesn't Hinder Scout's Eagle Project

Radnor Boy Scout Troop 284 member Aviel Shalev has completed his Eagle Scout project, which he previously sought help for in Radnor Patch.

Radnor Boy Scout Troop 284 member Aviel Shalev has completed his Eagle Scout project, which he previously sought help for in Radnor Patch.

Shalev built an elevated walkway to cover a section of trail in Skunk Hollow park, which floods when it rains.

"The new walkway covering mud and roots in the Willows is now built thanks to the help of all the donors and volunteers who supported this project. I’m glad so many of you came out to help especially when considering the wet and snowy conditions this weekend," he said. "You should all go out and check out the finished walkway when you have a chance. I am very pleased with the work we have accomplished and believe it will truly benefit the community."
