Big Book Sale, Wedding Flower Show This Weekend

The Friends of the Radnor Library will host its semi-annual Big Book Sale at Radnor Library Saturday, November 2  from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday, November 2  from 12 PM to 5 PM.  A special members' only advance for Friends of the Radnor Library will be held on Friday, November 1 from 5 PM to 9PM. Thousands of books fill five rooms, shelved in more than 100 bookcases with over 50 categories.  Separate sections for Children’s and Rare books display many choice items.  In addition to books, the Sale also offers CDs, DVDs, videos as well as LPs, puzzles and games.

Join Pillsbury Bake-Off winner (and Radnor Patch blogger) Tina Verrelli as she takes advantage of the season's bounty and creates delicious treats from apples, pumpkins and more in this hands-on cooking class. At the Wayne Art Center on Saturday. $50 for one child and adult, $25 for each additional child.

Whimsical Welcomes Floral Design is partnering with several other wedding professionals to host their newest Bridal Blossoms flower show focusing on a topic that every couple values: Saving Time and Money on their wedding 
day. Sunday at the Villanova Conference Center.
