Breakfast with Santa, Fine Crafts Shopping This Weekend in Radnor

Also: Family Culinary Workshop: Holiday Cookies and Meditation and Mindfulness Retreat.

Radnor High School Scholarship Fund’s annual Breakfast with Santa will be held on Saturday, December 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Radnor Middle School cafeteria.  Donation is $5.00 for children and $7.00 for adults. The event features a full breakfast featuring eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes, and beverages.  Also included are a variety of activities for children: cookie decorating, face painting, balloon artist creations, and visiting with the jolly old man himself.

Representatives from Wayne’s Lucky Duck Toys will be on hand to judge entries in the Gingerbread and Candy House contest.  Prizes will be awarded in two age groups:  Kindergarten to 2nd grade and Grades 3 and up.  Contest entries are due by 9 a.m. with judging at 10 a.m.

Back by popular demand is the Secret Holiday Shop where children can experience the joy of choosing gifts for others.  All gifts are priced under $10.00.  The shop will be open from 8:30 to 12 noon.

If you signed up for Radnor Township's Santa's Deliveryscheduled for Satuday, Dec. 14, it has been postponed due to weather to Friday, Dec. 20, according to the township.

Local artisans will showcase their distinctive and original craft while you shop and enjoy a variety of culinary delights at Wayne Art Center on Saturday. While you are there you can check out the art center's gift shop and the Craft Forms and Nature in Craft exhibits there.
