Man Charged in Missing Teen Case in Court
New details in the case against a 20 year old Virginia man accused of sexually assaulting a 13 year old Upper Main Line girl.
A 20-year-old Virginia man accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Upper Main Line teen appeared in District Court Thursday morning and waived his right to a preliminary hearing. During the brief proceding Ashley Ryan Hareford said only two words in response to questions from Radnor District Court Judge David Lang. Hareford, of Grottoes, Virginia, waived his right to hear evidence and witnesses in the case against him. He is being held on one million dollars cash bail on multiple felony charges including Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse, Statutory Sexual Assault, Indecent Assault, Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Indecent Exposure and Corrupting the Morals of a Minor.
