The Ithan Market will soon be selling its famous chicken pot pie to the masses. The Villanova shop has just produced 1,000 lbs. of its chicken pot pie that will be sold in stores all over the region, possibly including Whole Foods in Devon. Marion Greene, who owns Ithan Market with her husband Jim, created the recipe for her chicken pot pie about 12 years ago, and it has been a favorite of customers ever since. Greene told Radnor Patch that she had never made the dish before and created her recipe becuase they had a lot of leftover rotisserie chicken to use.
