Thefts: Laptop, Jewelry, Political Signs

An antique gold medallion cross, Tory Burch flats and a gun were some of the things reportedly pinched in Radnor last week.

  The following information is supplied by the Radnor Township Police Department. If you have any information that would assist police in solving these crimes, call (610) 688-0503. Smash and grab A Dell Latitude laptop computer valued at $1,400 was reported stolen from a car that was parked in the south side of the parking lot at Club La Maison in Wayne on Monday, Oct. 15 around 8 a.m. The front passenger side window had been smashed. Also taken from the car was a Joan Shepp laptop bag valued at $500 and a $20 leopard print lunch bag. Political thought Political signs supporting State Rep. Step Stool Sold at Home Goods, TJ Maxx Recalled

The Kennedy International step stools can break or collapse unexpectedly when being used.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a voluntary recall of a folding step stool that has been sold at Home Goods, TJ Maxx and other retailers around the country. The 9-inch and 13-inch folding step stools, by Kennedy International Inc., of Dayton, N.J., can break or collapse unexpectedly when in use, posing a fall hazard to consumers, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. TJ Maxx and Home Goods are located in the St. Davids Square Shopping Center on Lancaster Avenue in St. Davids. According to a news release, the company is aware of "at least 15 reports of incidents involving step stools cracking or breaking, including three reports of injuries to consumers using the stools."
