This week food writer Clara Park sat down with the owner of PB and U in Wayne.
The best ideas don’t always come out of board rooms, think tanks or university settings. In fact some of the best ideas emerge casually among friends or family. Mercury Amodio recalls long car trips with her parents and four siblings and never wanting to have pit stops at fast food restaurants. Who wants to eat all that heavy greasy food and then get back in a stuffy crowded car for five hours she remarked. They preferred a simple peanut butter sandwich that was easy, fast and healthy to eat. What started as joking dialogue about a stand alone peanut butter sandwich shop has been transformed into a bona fide business in the heart of Wayne. Read below to find out more about the friendly owner of PB and U, Mercury Amodio. Name: Mercury …

You have a baby, so in my opinion your review would be more true, much like the actual opinions of people with children in tow who try these places out. Does this author actually take her own kids or go into places with friends with kids to write these reviews? Is she experiencing this first hand or merely taking …   more ›
