Ella’s American Bistro in Wayne has launched Sunday brunch. Brunch is offered weekly from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and features traditional and contemporary, local and organic culinary dishes courtesy of Chef Matt Schuler. The Peace a Pizza in Wayne is being converted to a Melt Down Grilled Cheese restaurant. The menu will include several delicious gourmet sandwich choices including grilled ice cream. The opening will occur in a few weeks.   more ›
