Radnor Township home sales in February of this year doubled over the same month last year, but the median price of the homes that sold dropped by $75,000. According to a Home Market report from Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors, 15 properties changed hands in the township last month. In 2012 that number was 7; in 2011 it was 18. Radnor fared second best percentage-wise out of nine Main Line municipalities included in the report with an increase of 114.3 percent. The median price of a home sold in Radnor decreased 17.6 percent in February to $350,000 from $425,000 the prior February. In 2011 that number was $524,500. Six Radnor Township properties are listed on the March 15 Delaware County Sheriff's Sale, according to a list provided by the county. The properties are: 504 Atterbury Road, Villanova 909 Weldon Lane, Bryn Mawr 715 South Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bryn Mawr 684 South Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bryn Mawr 416 Fairview Drive, Wayne 114 Buckingham Drive, Rosemont Sales are held in the County Council Meeting Room on the first floor of the Government Center Building , Delaware County Court House, Front Street and Veterans Square in Media. Radnor Township home sales in January of this year increased slightly over the same month in 2012. According to a Home Market report from Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors, 17 properties changed hands in the township last month. In 2012 that number was 14; in 2011 it was 17. According to a Home Market report from Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors, 25 properties changed hands in the township during November this year. In 2011 that number was 15; in 2010 it was 14. Compared with the same month last year, Radnor was the third best percentage-wise out of nine Main Line municipalities included in the report.
