The Wayne Art Center says you can jump-start your art collection for $100.
The Wayne Art Center will hold its third biennial fundraising event, Spring Off The Wall on Friday, March 22 from 6 to 10 p.m. The one night exhibition and sale will feature more than 100 original artworks donated by some of the region’s best artists and members. All work is anonymously displayed and will be on sale for $100. Framing will be offered for $60 for each 8 X 10” painting by The Great Frame Up in Wayne during the evening. The Wayne Art Center was named the First Place winner of the Radnor Township Manager's Beautification Award, which recognizes citizens, businesses and organizations that have improved their properties. The Center is sited on nearly three acres of mostly wooded land, with two large parking areas and two prominent street entrances, Maplewood Avenue and Conestoga Road. Entries for the Expressions of Radnor exhibit must be submitted by Saturday, February 2.
The Wayne Art Center is seeking entries to the Expressions of Radnor exhibit, which runs Feb. 10 to March 16. All artists who are legal residents of Radnor Township are eligible to submit one piece of original artwork in painting, works on paper, fine art craft, photography, ceramics, mixed media or sculpture. Work must have been completed in the last two years. Photo gallery: 2012 Expressions of Radnor exhibit. A $10.00 entry fee will be due at drop off. An opening reception will be held Sunday, February 10th from 3:00pm-5:00pm at the Wayne Art Center. Free and open to the public.

Craft Forms is an international juried exhibition at Wayne Art Center that is dedicated to enhancing the public’s awareness of fine contemporary craft. On Friday, Nov. 30 a preview party was held at the exhibit. These are a few of the photos from that event. The exhibit runs through Jan. 26.
