PNC Bank Opens in St. Davids
The branch will be replacing the PNC branch in the Giant supermarket.
PNC Bank has just opened its new branch building in the St. Davids Square Shopping Center at 550 East Lancaster Avenue.
The bank opened Monday, June 10. It is a full-service bank, said Heather Brenner, branch manager.
The PNC inside the nearby Giant supermarket is slated to close on July 19. Brenner said the new branch will have more offerings for users, including being able to process cashier's checks and money orders. It also includes a concierge desk and coffee bar.
There are three ATMs and drive-thru service at the bank.
Customers doing their banking via the ATM machines can have "same-day" transactions until 9 p.m.
The bank's hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
