Students
will employ several ways to cut paper including Karagami to create a
"Shadow Box".   Each participant will create a layered
paper-box embellished with cut-silhouettes, patterns and lines. We will focus
on both positive and negative shapes & space. Individual images may be
abstract, decorative and/or realistic from sources including drawings,
photographs or media-images. This workshop is an opportunity to enrich your
design, drawing and composition skills.
