Louella Court neighbors were thrilled to be invited to the opening of Paramour at the Wayne Hotel. While we fretted how we would miss the former Taquet restaurant, our fears were in vain as the new space is gorgeous. We will definitely take advantage of the counter overlooking the chef’s open kitchen, the bistro bar, and lobby lounge. The two-year renovation of the restaurant space is the culmination of a beautiful restoration of the Wayne Hotel, the grande dame of Wayne. Paramour is sure to become a new favorite of Louella Court neighbors.
